• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds are issued once a billing cycle has begun.

• You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malicious code.
• You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute any content or data provided by the Platform.

6. Property Listings Disclaimer

InvestTopSmart is not a licensed broker or real estate agency. All investment decisions are your own responsibility. We do not guarantee profits or ROI.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and providers such as:

• Meta Pixel
• Stripe / PayPal
• Email delivery tools (e.g., Mailchimp)

By using our services, you agree to their respective terms and privacy practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, logos, software, visuals, and tools — is the intellectual property of InvestTopSmart Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Termination
